LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of the course the student
will be able to:

1. | Identify the principal hardware components of personal computers and describe their functions. |

4. | Power up a personal computer and use Window and its utilities to work with disks and files including displaying folders; copying, creating and deleting files and folders; sand controlling the operations of the computer. |

6. | Use spreadsheet application software-Microsoft Excel-to perform the following tasks: Format a worksheet; create simple formulas; use basic worksheet functions such as: SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, MIN, IF. |
